MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Officer – Transactional Banking Operations”. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.
Position: Officer – Transactional Banking Operations
Qualification: Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university B.COM, BBA, BS (Finance) or MBA will be a preference.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in Cash Management Operations, Transaction Banking.
Job Role:
- To manage “customer setup” configurations in core banking system and Corporate Internet Banking System
- To handle customer’s and branch staff queries regarding Cash Management Products
- Responsible for training branch staff and customers
- Coordinate with IT Department, Digital Banking Team, and vendor for betterment of Corporate Internet Banking
- Recover & reconcile bank service charges
- Ensure completeness of documents for compliance perspective
Knowledge and Skills:
- Mindset towards Islamic Banking
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
