Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for On Job trainees at PENTA-H Pvt. Limited in Islamabad. On Job trainees will work under foreign qualified engineers to assist in the installation and maintenance of solar power plants, ensuring layout, design, safety, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and technology
- Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of solar panels and inverters
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Engineering or related field
