Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated On-site Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees on-site.
Your primary duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring devices, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems in the office.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Prior experience in tech support or a similar role is preferred.
