Job Description

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field and possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in online sales and e-commerce management. Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently are essential.
