Job Description
As a Team Lead for Online Support Operations in Islamabad, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of support agents to provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the support team
- Setting performance targets and ensuring they are met
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback
- Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions for team members
