Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operation Executive located in Lahore. The Operation Executive will be responsible for daily operational tasks, including monitoring the performance of employees, managing inventory and logistics, implementing strategies, improving operations processes, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Demonstrated experience in improving operational efficiencies and implementing strategies
- Data entry and invoicing to customers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and other business-related software programs
