Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, capable of forecasting and planning effectively to ensure operational efficiency and success.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory and production planning, supervising materials purchasing and warehouse operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills or other tools to forecast operational needs and plan resources effectively.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting a culture of high performance and morale.
Experience:
- Proven experience in operations management or similar roles, with a track record of managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan.
- Experience working in an ecommerce company or knowledge of selling on Amazon FBA will be preferred.
Education:
- A degree or certification in Operations Management or a similar field is a plus.
