Job Description

• Supervise the manufacturing process of solar structures, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve any issues during installation.

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all manufactured solar structures meet industry standards and customer requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits at sites.

• Collaborate with the team to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at sites.

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adequate stock levels for production.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards at sites.

• Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Train and mentor staff to develop their skills and capabilities, ensuring a competent and motivated workforce.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives within the manufacturing operations.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with customers regarding production schedules, delivery timelines, and any other relevant information to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by customers, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
