To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and other vendors while ensuring strong data quality for timely and accurate customer reporting. Your role involves coordinating with customer care, haulers, and carriers for the export of shipments and organizing transport activities based on customer promise. Responsibilities include ensuring costs and revenues are entered during shipment creation to provide cost awareness and efficiency for profit maximization, as well as supporting and resolving claims and disputes.
