Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development and Bridging Specialist for our Canadian commercial brokerage’s virtual office. This role focuses on bridging work related to business opportunities, where you will create information packages, analyze financial metrics such as ROI and Cap Rate, and oversee business operations including marketing and sourcing.
Responsibilities include collaborating with designers, researching market trends, liaising with partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Office Location: Gulshan e Iqbal
Office Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
