Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess operational risks, including market, credit, liquidity, and reputational risks
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management
- Monitor and report on risk metrics and key risk indicators
- Collaborate with business units to ensure risk awareness and compliance
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRMA) preferred
