Job Description
Position: Live / Fin Ops Specialist
Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Manage last mile dispatches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
- Proactively call clients to confirm orders, providing personalized service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Handle returns, identify reasons for returns, and implement strategies to minimize future occurrences.
- Perform reconciliation of payments from logistics vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
