Job Description
NCRI PAKISTAN PVT. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations, draft and finalize employment contracts, maintain organized personnel records, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also calculate and prepare payroll, monitor employee attendance, and serve as the point of contact for our HRMS system.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs90,00.00 per month. Candidates should have four years of experience in payroll and HR operations and must reliably commute to Islamabad or be planning to relocate.
