Job Description
Interstate X, an asset-based transportation brokerage company in Texas, USA, is looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Kharian office (Next to Air University).
This role involves daily operations support, communication with truck drivers, shippers, and receivers via phone and email, and updating customers on shipment statuses.
We seek a proactive individual with strong customer service skills ready for a challenge.
Salary is competitive based on experience. Hours are 6 PM to 4 AM, 6 days a week. This is not a remote position.
