Job Description
Position: Associate Operations, Recruiter, and Event Management
Number of Vacancies: 3
Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting broadcaster recruitment and management.
2. Responsible for conducting effective training and guidance for broadcasters recruited, as well as the KPIs of broadcaster development.
3. Responsible for planning and implementing local online events as well as the KPIs of event operation.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Business development experience is preferred;
3. Good team player, quick thinker, serious, and responsible;
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask;
5. A great fit in international Company Culture;
6. Know how to use Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Documents
