Job Description
BD SECURITY SERVICES LTD is currently seeking an Operations Controller for a security company located in Shabir Town (Lahore), near Thokar Niaz Baig. Join our team and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Check calls
- Prepare weekly, daily, and monthly rosters on Microsoft Excel
- Follow up with officers for daily shifts
- Resolve officers’ queries over the phone
Qualifications:
- Intermediate education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Starting Salary: 40,00 PKR with an increment after 3 months based on performance.
Minimum Contract: 1 year
Working Timings:
- Slot 1: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
- Slot 2: 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Slot 3: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
6 days a week
