Job Description

Position title: Operations Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage staff rosters and adjust schedules based on client and site requirements.
  • Inform clients about staffing issues, schedule changes, or site requirements.
  • Handle client communication regarding additional staff or new site needs.
  • Provide clear briefings to staff on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Use rostering software to ensure scheduling accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and staff assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Your primary responsibilities include addressing staff inquiries, managing rosters, resolving on-site issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.

Requirement: Fluency in English
