Job Description
Position title: Operations Coordinator
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to staff inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage staff rosters and adjust schedules based on client and site requirements.
- Inform clients about staffing issues, schedule changes, or site requirements.
- Handle client communication regarding additional staff or new site needs.
- Provide clear briefings to staff on their roles and responsibilities.
- Use rostering software to ensure scheduling accuracy.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and staff assignments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibilities include addressing staff inquiries, managing rosters, resolving on-site issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.
Requirement: Fluency in English
