Job Description
RICI is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our Certification and Training department. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily activities, manage client certifications, and support training materials preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities within the department.
- Assist in scheduling client certifications and training sessions.
- Support the preparation of training materials and client reports.
- Liaise with clients for scheduling and inquiries.
- Maintain compliance and collaborate on process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of operations or coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
