Job Description
Support the VAC operations unit by providing centralized assistance in appointment management, email responses, client relationships, IT enhancements, and acting as a deputy to the Operations Manager. Ensure compliance with SLAs and reporting requirements. Manage a network of VACs nationwide, overseeing appointment schedules, audits, feedback, IT/process enhancements, and client relationship management. Responsible for existing and new account management in the assigned region, maintaining overall security of business units. Develop and nurture business relationships with Consulates and Embassies, attending weekly meetings and driving target achievements. Represent SPERTON in the country(s) to support company growth.
