- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices
- Ensure efficient functioning of all operations, including account opening, customer service, and transactions processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics for improvements
- Oversee backend operations and resolution of customer queries
- Implement new products and services seamlessly
- Stay updated with industry trends and standards
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in relevant field, financial institution experience preferred.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite & Jira
Good at Reporting and analytics
