Job Description
We are looking for a versatile individual to manage day-to-day operations and craft compelling proposals. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, resource management, project coordination, and proposing process improvements. The ideal candidate must have strong writing skills to develop persuasive proposals showcasing our company’s strengths.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline daily operations for efficiency.
- Manage resources to meet project objectives.
- Coordinate with teams for project execution.
- Identify process improvements for operational effectiveness.
- Research market trends for business opportunities.
- Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for proposal development.
- Tailor proposals to meet client needs.
- Maintain a database of proposal content for reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT industry experience.
- Proven experience in operations management or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Tech trends is a plus.
