About the company we’re hiring for currently:
Hiring for a reputable US-based freight forwarding company specializing in cargo transportation to developing countries. As a prominent leader in the industry, it possesses extensive expertise in the efficient and secure movement of cargo to developing countries
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the import operations process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and agents to ensure the smooth movement of cargo.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding and shipping lines.
- Strong understanding of import operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
