Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Shift: Night (Full-Time, On-Site)
We are looking for a talented and experienced Operations Executive – Imports to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee import shipments lifecycle from pricing to final delivery.
- Build relationships with clients, carriers, and agents for smooth operations.
- Negotiate rates, organize deliveries, and ensure client needs are met.
- Keep accurate digital records of shipments.
- Conduct job costing, ensure timely billing, and manage purchase bills.
- Monitor in-transit shipments and address issues promptly.
- Stay informed about import regulations for compliance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2-3 years of import operations experience.
- Background in freight forwarding, trade, or logistics is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is preferred.
