Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attract potential customers by providing product and services information.
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Resolve product or services issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage airline and shipping books.
- Data capturing on carriers web-based system.
- Job opening administration and software proficiency.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with Sea Port & Airport staffs.
Qualification: BBA/B.com/MBA/M.com
