Job Description
The applicant will be responsible for key operational aspects of O&M Business in assigned regions, including managing customer relationships, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring business continuity.
- Execute O&M / Services contracts
- Handle grievance reporting and feedback
- Implement talent acquisition and succession planning
- Ensure HSE compliance and develop Nationalization programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in relevant areas
- Experience in providing training
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
- Travel commitment of 35-40%
