432 is a creative space in Karāchi that provides production and performance related solutions to artists and performers from all walks of art. Role Description
The Operations Manager will assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, such as coordinating with clients, managing schedules for production and performances, managing inventory and supplies, assisting with video editing, and designing event posts. This is a full-time hybrid role, with some work from home acceptable, and requires the Operations Manager to work primarily on-site at our location in Karāchi.
Every role at Club432 is a creative role; hence, the Operations Manager will need to contribute to various creative tasks, including assisting with video editing, designing basic event posts, and implementing administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Furthermore, the Operations Manager should have their own workstation and be able to assist in productions.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in management and ability to successfully manage a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Base knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changing situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of art and performance industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Must have an adequately performing laptop
- Must have a high-performing intellect and willingness to learn new skills
Salary
- Basic Salary is PKR 75,00/-
