Position: Operations Manager (Trade Finance) in the Banking Sector at Abacus
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

About Us: Abacus is hiring for the Operations Manager role to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth in trade finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement streamlined processes for efficiency.
- Develop SOPs and supervise operational teams.
- Mitigate operational risks and align strategies with company goals.
Experience:
- 5–10 years in trade finance or related fields.
- Expertise in Letters of Credit and trade finance processes.
- Background in shipping or trade credit management is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Academic: B.Com / BBA / BSc in Accounting and Finance; M.Com / MBA preferred.
- Professional: Expertise in trade finance, commercial lending, or risk analysis.
