Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Better Idea Travel & Tours in Lahore. The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, improving and implementing operational processes, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, managing budgets, and working with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Operations Manager will also continuously evaluate and optimize operations in order to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the travel or tourism industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear and actionable recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience with process improvement and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluent in English and Urdu, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
- Experience with international travel and exposure to diverse cultures is a plus
