Job Description
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our BPO team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in team management, process optimization, and nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: The successful applicant will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage daily operations, improve efficiency, cultivate client relations, and promote a positive team culture.
Requirements: Candidates must have proven experience in BPO operations management, strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
