Job Description
Job Summary: The Operations and Lab Manager oversees processes related to oil and petroleum, chemical operations, and laboratory management. This role ensures quality standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient workflows while leading operations with a focus on safety, testing standards, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading and training staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering, with 15-20 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
Preferred certifications include ISO 17020/17025 and NEBOSH/IOSH.
