Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lahore, Pakistan. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that all production processes are running efficiently and effectively. Duties include managing budgets, schedules, and staffing; overseeing and coordinating with various departments, including production, quality control, and logistics; and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in cabinetry or furniture production, is a plus
