Job Description
- Oversee the availability and accuracy of services on the website.
- Ensure a user-friendly and informative online experience for customers.
- Own the end-to-end process of booking fulfillment for both tours and hotels.
- Monitor and ensure timely and accurate execution of bookings.
- Manage and own supplier ledgers, ensuring zero discrepancies.
- Timely release of payments to suppliers, maintaining positive relationships.
- Lock and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with third-party entities to optimize service delivery.
- Implement and monitor services’ quality assurance processes.
- Address customer complaints promptly, aiming for high customer ratings.
- Ensure regular audits on provided rates by vendors for accuracy.
- Address any discrepancies and negotiate competitive rates when necessary.
- Own and manage financial aspects related to operations.
- Ensure zero payment disbursed-related issues.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and ethical work practices.
- Lead the team in achieving goals and provide opportunities for professional development.
- Ensure a swift turnaround time for all operations-related queries on HubSpot.
- Zero Service Level Agreements (SLAs) breach on the team’s queries.
