Job Description
Company Description: NRSP Microfinance Bank, located in Daska, is the result of National Rural Support Programme’s 18 years of experience in social mobilization. The bank continues the NRSP vision to bring about economic and social change by providing various financial services. It was formed through the transformation of NRSP’s microcredit operation that started in 1993.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at NRSP Microfinance Bank in Daska. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities, manage operational efficiency, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement in operations.
Qualifications:
- Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in financial services or microfinance industry
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices
