Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare services.
Timings: 7 pm – 4 am
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvements.
- Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and resource allocation.
- Recruit, hire, and train operational staff.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration.
- Minimum 3-4 years of healthcare operations management experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare regulations.
