Job Description
Pro Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Collections Operations department. In this role, you will manage a team of professionals, oversee daily operations involving the negotiation and settlement of medical bills from US insurance companies, and implement strategies for operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in a BPO or healthcare collections environment. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of medical billing processes are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
