Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our PADEL tennis arena. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sports, possess strong leadership skills, and aim to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, including facilities maintenance.
- Ensure the arena is welcoming and safe for guests.
- Manage court bookings and handle customer inquiries.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage staff.
- Develop staff schedules.
Event Coordination:
- Plan tournaments and activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with local businesses to promote the arena.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in sports or hospitality.
- Experience in managing sports facilities is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in budget management and event coordination.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
