Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Accountability for Operations of your station regarding service levels, efficiency, and performance in Lahore, Islamabad & Peshawar.
- Manage operational costs efficiently within budgetary requirements.
- Identify performance areas needing improvement and provide corrective recommendations.
- Coordinate with other departments for operational changes and service interruptions.
- Supervise departmental activities and ensure cost-efficiency of the ULS Fleet.
- Close coordination with clearing agent and external agencies.
Main Accountabilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills, process-driven, and customer-focused.
- Establish operational policies and procedures.
- Keep management informed of operational matters.
- Analyze and solve operational problems for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee timely movement of shipments and documentation.
- Ensure employees comply with customer requirements.
- Maintain employee records and conduct performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement processes for efficiency and performance.
- Manage Operations Department effectively to meet financial targets and corporate requirements.
