Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the consultancy’s operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams, maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing the timely completion of projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in operations management or a related field
- Experience in the study abroad or education industry is preferred but not required
