Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Build strong working relationships with our sourcing factories, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with our supply chain team.

– Develop and implement a comprehensive system to track all product development activities.

– Monitor progress and timelines, ensuring alignment with launch programs and delivery dates.

– Collaborate directly with Accounts department to understand the order pipeline on a per SKU basis, globally.

– Proactively communicate order requirements to global partners, emphasizing forecast accuracy.

– Ensure timely handover to the operations/production manager for factory order fulfillment.

– Coordinate bulk orders with factories and manage smaller LCL orders for individual retailers and distributors.

– Track order fulfillment and address any delays, keeping all relevant parties informed.

– Work closely with factories to understand their production capacity.

– Provide guidance on what can be manufactured within a given timeframe.

– Coordinate capacity scaling as needed, such as setting up additional production lines.

– Have a strong grasp of logistics and shipping operations.

– Collaborate with relevant team members to identify partners for consolidating small MOQs and establish a “little and often” supply chain strategy.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

– Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally in a similar industry.

– Strong project management and coordination skills.

– Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

– Proficiency in using supply chain software and tools.

– Knowledge of international shipping and logistics.

– Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.

– Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve complex problems.

– Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

– Familiarity with handmade product manufacturing is a plus.

Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
