Job Description
Zactra Inc is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team. This role is full-time and on-site at our Faisalabad office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, managing teams, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience working in a Software House
- Leadership, management, and communication skills
- Experience in managing teams, operations, and projects
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Ability to speak English
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Office Timings: 10:00 PM to 6:00 PM
