Job Description
Role Description
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, project management, sales support, client communication, and analytical tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Admin or Operations
- Fresh or one year of experience.
- Streamline and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update petty inventory records.
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and coordinate operational activities.
- Address operational challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Should have strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Job Location: Near UET, Lahore
