Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of ‘Supervisor Operations’ to support our Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous work experience as Supervisor Operations, preferably within the Shopping Malls Industry, Hotels, or renowned high-rise buildings.
- Knowledgeable in operations management and business processes.
- Conducting meetings with vendors regarding maintenance and other assigned projects.
- Handling customer complaints patiently, and professionally, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Supervision and oversight to ensure the building’s cleanliness.
- Managing day-to-day operations by coordinating between departments.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Enhancing client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduates qualification from any HEC recognized University.
3 Years – 5 Years (3-5 Years of experience Preferably in corporate offices (high-rise buildings).
