Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Support Officer at our Gulberg 3, Lahore location. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary between Rs. 40,00 and 50,00 per month. The successful candidate will work in shifts, with morning hours from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and night hours from 11:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., for five days a week.
The Customer Support Officer will play a crucial role in daily operations by responding to employee inquiries, managing shift confirmations, and assisting the management team in prioritizing tasks. We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills, proficiency in data management, and a keen attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
