Job Description
Position: Operations Team Lead
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
Job Type: Remote Full time
Job Timings: 6pm to 3am
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prepare and send detailed invoices to clients, ensuring prompt and accurate billing for seamless financial transactions.
- Execute the timely preparation and distribution of client invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the billing process.
- Ensure smooth collaboration by facilitating timely communication with clients via emails and builder portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Create comprehensive monthly performance presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with accounts payable team for accurate financial transactions.
- Proactively monitor overdue payments and engage in timely follow-ups with clients.
- Manage daily operations in close coordination with USA team.
- Assist in the efficient operation of various company aspects.
- Help maintain and update operational processes and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational efficiency.
- Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting for smooth operations.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and best practices.
