Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify operational issues and training needs through live monitoring, QA evaluations, and collaboration with the training department.
- Develop and execute training schedules to coach teams in adherence to industry best practices.
- Monitor team metrics closely and provide daily reports to supervisors.
- Maintain a team quality score of 95% or higher.
- Ensure smooth functioning of business unit operations for associates under your supervision.
- Analyze call data to pinpoint areas for improvement in communication, skills, and customer service.
Required Skills:
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving objectives.
- Management: Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to introduce new initiatives and think creatively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management experience in a BPO environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
