Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Team Leader to oversee efficient inbound and outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center. This pivotal role demands exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage teams and make critical decisions regarding daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure optimal staff and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) utilization during shifts
– Coordinate transport availability
– Implement and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Qualifications for Success:
– Proven experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain Management
– Proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
