Job Description
Shark Innovation Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire order lifecycle—ranging from order receipt and documentation to dispatch coordination and effective communication with customers. A solid understanding of ERP software and strong communication skills are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders.
- Maintain and update order data in our ERP system.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in order management or related roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
