Job Description
Job Summary:
Oven n Grill is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Preferably Female, Urdu/English) to enhance our customer service team. You’ll be responsible for taking food orders over the phone and entering them into our POS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate with kitchen staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
