Job Description
As a Sales Account Executive – Outbound SMB Segment at RepairDesk, you will play a vital role in driving effectiveness, productivity, and revenue growth within the Sales Team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, technical understanding, product knowledge, business acumen, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience
- Adhere to KPIs, sales processes, and CRM guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SMB-level sales (SaaS background preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus
