Job Description
Logistics is looking for a dedicated Outbound Call Agent to oversee and coordinate freight movements at our Phase 6, DHA, Lahore location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of PKR 50,00, with commission opportunities that can reach up to PKR 200,00. The working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional English communication skills and a fundamental understanding of logistics dispatching. Key responsibilities include assigning loads to drivers, tracking shipments, providing timely updates, and addressing customer inquiries.
